The Power of Gratitude
What wants to end in your life? What wants to grow?
- What endings are you embracing in your life? (Ways of being, behaviors, attachments, old ways of doing things and thinking, limited mindset, limited views of possibilities, resistance, force, stubbornness, gripping, control, fear, judgment, blame, sadness, loss, death, relationships, living locations, jobs?
- What new beginnings are you embracing and carefully tending to in your inner garden and landscape, what do you want to see grow? What are you watering? Small doses daily is enough. Sending a thought to that future version, that future outcome, praying or meditating, visualizing, feeling it in your heart already here, painting or singing or day-dreaming. đ±
Remember, we don't have to share everything about our lives, with others, what we are growing, planting, seeding or tending too. Sometimes it's better to keep it close to heart, save it to the right people and build enough trust, resilience and faith in what's becoming instead of speaking from a place when you're not there but want to be there and therefore create that gap. đ

With gratitude we can both release the past and create the future.
Gratitude is a Miracle. Being grateful is a Gift itself.
